Our activity is mainly the semi-wild breeding of Chianina cattle in selection. White Veal of the Central Apennines. Ancient breed present in Umbria already at the time of Etruscans 22 centuries ago. It’s famous for its size and delicious meats with a high nutritional level, scientific researches have measured its low content in cholesterol, also thanks to a diet selected by the PGI consortium to which the breed belongs. All our cattle are registered in the Genealogical Book held by A.N.A.B.I.C. SALE OF BREEDING BULLS - HEIFERS - AND PURE CHIANINA BROOD COWS with excellent bloodlines and suitable for grazing. The horses raised on the farm belong to the CAI TPR (Heavy Draft Horse), all registered in the Genealogical Book.

From producer to consumer. On our farm we have a butcher’s shop where, upon reservation, you can buy our meat in family packs.
